The interview and the gap report

The Foundry interview on this site is a demonstration of hyper8's discovery method. The gap report it produces is a first read on what you described, based only on what you typed. It is not advice, a proposal, or a commitment to build anything, and it should not be the basis of a decision on its own.

Scores

Scores on the scoreboard are hyper8's opinions, produced with the Opportunity Framework from public information or from engagements where the client agreed to publication. They are not statements of fact about any company and are not investment advice.

Engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer. Every engagement starts with a written scope that states what is delivered, what it costs, and who owns what. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs.
