What this site collects, and what it does with it
hyper8.co is operated by Kana Group, Inc. This page describes what the site collects, how long it keeps it, and where it goes. It is written to match what the site does; if the two ever differ, the site is wrong and we will fix it.
The interview
What you type into the Foundry interview is sent to our server and to the model that compiles each turn, so that the next question can be asked. The transcript is held on the server for up to 72 hours so the session can continue, then deleted. Nothing is written to any permanent record unless you ask for your gap report.
Leave out names, account numbers and anything confidential. The interview works on the shape of a problem, not its secrets.
Your gap report
When you enter your email at the end of the interview, the transcript and the question board are stored with that email as a lead, the gap report is sent to that address, and an engagement is created for you in Foundry with the same six turns on record. From then on the record belongs to that engagement and to you, and it is never shared with another client.
The contact form
Name, work email, company and what you wrote are stored as a lead and sent to us by notification. We reply within one business day. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Analytics
The site records a small set of events (an interview started, a turn completed, a report requested, a form submitted) so we know what is used. Events carry no personal data. There is no advertising tracking.
